The Kazakhstan document path
Because Kazakhstan uses the apostille, your family's income and asset documents do not need the long embassy chain that many countries face. Each document gets one apostille in Kazakhstan and a certified Italian translation, then you take the set to a DiSCo-approved CAF. It is a clearer path — but still start early, because gathering, apostilling and translating documents takes weeks.

What the ISEE parificato measures
The is worked out from your family's 2024 income and the assets they held on 31 December 2024. To qualify you must stay at or below €28,339.88 ISEE and €61,608.48 ISPE.
You sign it in person at a DiSCo-approved by 10 December 2026 ( ). This deadline is hard — miss it and you are excluded, with no fix.
The apostille route
Kazakhstan is in the Hague Convention, so each document needs a single apostille stamp plus an Italian translation — one of the simpler paths. Kazakhstan documents use the .

- 2Have each document apostilled in Kazakhstan. The apostille office depends on the document type — confirm the right one when you request each paper.
- 3Get a certified Italian translation of every apostilled document.
- 4Take the full set, in person, to a DiSCo-approved CAF in Lazio for the ISEE parificato.
The documents to gather
Each in Kazakhstani tenge’s language and Italian, apostilled where required. Amounts are stated in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT).
Family composition
The household certificate that lists every family member with name and date of birth, from the local civil office / Public Service Center. If one parent is missing, add the divorce or death document of the other parent.
Housing
Either the property document for the family home (it must show the size in square metres), or the rental contract, with the monthly rent in tenge. If the family owns no home: a no-property certificate for each adult family member — you can get these online through eGov with a digital signature — plus the family's rental contract.
Income
For each working family member, an employer certificate showing their income in tenge for the reference year — month by month, with the total, the company stamp and its BIN. Pensioners get the pension income certificate from the Public Service Center (ЦОН). Self-employed members give the matching income proof.
Bank balance
A bank statement for each adult family member, with the bank's stamp and signature, showing the balance in tenge on a day in December of the assets year, plus the yearly average if the bank can give it. Kaspi and other banks can issue this from the app, but it still needs the stamp.
Student's Italian bank (if any)
If the student held an Italian account, its balance on 31 December of the assets year and the yearly average.
The apostille makes this simpler — but not instant
One stamp per document instead of an embassy chain. The apostille is issued through the Public Service Center (ЦОН) and usually takes about two weeks per document. Collecting papers from several offices, apostilling them and translating them into Italian takes weeks in total. Begin as soon as you know you will apply.
Two translation details that catch people
First: the apostille stamp itself is in Kazakh and Russian, so the certified Italian translation must cover the apostille too — order the translation after the apostille, not before. Second: the Latin spelling of every family member's name in the translations must match their passports exactly. Give the translator a list of names as written in the passports before they start.
