DiSCo Lazio results day: how to read the graduatoria
After the application window closes, DiSCo publishes the provisional — the ranking that says, for the first time, where you stand. Here is exactly when it comes out, how to find yourself in it, and what each outcome actually means.

When are the DiSCo Lazio results published?
All three rankings for 2026/2027 are out: the provisional results (29 July 2026), the final housing ranking (16 September 2026) and the final scholarship ranking (12 October 2026).
Won the scholarship? What to do now
The final scholarship ranking is out (read DiSCo’s notice). To see your result, log into your reserved area and open La mia posizione › Situazione Concorsuale › Domande per anno accademico 2026/2027.
Sort out these four things now
DiSCo asks students to put them in order as soon as possible, so that payments are not delayed.
- 1Finish your university enrolment. The bando’s cutoff is 10 February 2027 (10 December 2026 if you have a housing place), but don’t wait for it: an unfinished enrolment can hold up your payment.
- 2Enter the right payment method. DiSCo pays only into an account or card with an IBAN, at a bank in Italy or in the SEPA area, in your name or shared with you. Add or check it under “Profilo” in the menu of your reserved area. If the IBAN is wrong or the account is someone else’s, the cost of the failed transfer comes out of your grant.
- 3Enter a PEC address (international students only). If you neither live nor have a domicile in Italy, put a PEC (certified email) address in the “domicilio legale” field under “Profilo”. Instead of a PEC you can give another address for official notices, as long as it is not a DiSCo office or a DiSCo residence. Until you do one or the other, payments are suspended.
- 4Enter your rental contract, or its extension. If your fuori-sede status depends on a rental contract, enter its details (or those of an extension or a new contract) through the request under “Operazioni bando disponibili”, with the registration receipt. A contract sent by ticket does not count. Until it is in, your first instalment is paid at the pendolare rate and topped up later; if it is not in by 27 December 2026, DiSCo classes you as pendolare. How and when DiSCo pays
In instalments, by bank transfer, and only while your file has no payment block and DiSCo has the funds.
- First year, bachelor’s or single-cycle degree: 20% by 10 November 2026, 30% by 27 December 2026 and 50% from October 2027. The last instalment is paid only if you have 20 credits registered by 10 August 2027.
- First year, master’s degree: 50% by 27 December 2026 and 50% from October 2027. The same rule applies: the last instalment needs 20 credits by 10 August 2027.
- Later years: 50% by 27 December 2026 and 50% from June 2027. With a housing place, the second instalment comes from September 2027 instead, once DiSCo has checked you handed the room back by 31 July 2027. If you are an international student and asked in your application to join the Italian health service (SSN), €100.00 is kept from your first instalment.
DiSCo posts payment news only in the “Pagamenti” section of your reserved area and in the Comunicazioni section of its site, and does not answer tickets asking when a payment will come. A payment block, if you have one, shows under La mia posizione.
Idoneo but not a winner? It is not over.
DiSCo says it will move down the ranking (a scorrimento) in the coming months, thanks to funding from the ministry (MUR) and Regione Lazio. If you move up, the change appears under La mia posizione, and your first instalment comes with DiSCo’s next payment run. Sort out the four things above now: the contract deadline applies to you too, and anything left open can hold up that first payment.
How to check your result
- 1Log into your reserved area on the DiSCo portal — the same login you used to apply. Your personal outcome appears there first.
- 2Don’t panic when the published list shows no names. The public graduatoria is anonymized for privacy: every row is an applicant number. The number that identifies your row is shown with your application in the reserved area.
- 3Read your status carefully — the three outcomes below mean very different things, and two of them still have a path forward.
The three outcomes, in plain English
Vincitore / beneficiario
You are in the funded group — the scholarship is assigned to you. Keep an eye on the remaining deadlines (permesso upload, enrolment, merit): the grant can still be revoked if you miss them.
Idoneo non beneficiario
You qualify, but you are below the funding cut-off. This is not a final no: when extra funds arrive, DiSCo runs a scorrimento and moves eligible students up into the funded group.
Escluso
Your application was excluded, with a reason shown in your reserved area. The Phase 2 window, which could fix a missing attachment or a wrong field, has closed. What you can still do is further down this page.
The exact wording on the portal can differ slightly between lists — always check the reason shown next to your own application in the reserved area.
“Idoneo non beneficiario” is a queue, not a rejection
When more funds come in, DiSCo runs a scorrimento: eligible students below the cut-off are moved up into the funded group, in ranking order. Expect to wait months, not days: last cycle, the first round came on 21 January 2026, and the last, on 28 April 2026, declared every eligible student still in the queue a winner. That was last cycle, not a promise for this one.
Won a housing place? Accepting it is a separate step.
The housing ranking of 16 September 2026 does not hand you the room. DiSCo then opens an online acceptance procedure and announces it separately for each site — Rome, Viterbo, Lazio Meridionale — sometimes one group of winners at a time. The window stays open for a few days. A winner who does not accept in time is declared decaduto, and the place passes to the next student in the ranking.
Where: your reserved area on the DiSCo portal, under “Accettazione Posto Alloggio”.
After you accept: a message arrives in the same reserved area with the date and time to come and take the room — the presa di possesso.
If your file is “sotto condizione”: something is still missing, so no appointment is sent until you put it right — and that has to happen by 10 December 2026.
We don’t list the acceptance windows here: they differ per site and change with each group of winners. DiSCo publishes each one in its news list.
Excluded or flagged? The correction window has closed.
It closed on 11 August 2026, 12:00 (Rome time). Since then, nothing you declared in the application that affects your place in the ranking can be changed or completed, such as your credits, your year of course or, if you are from outside the EU, the income and family documents behind your ISEEUP. The Phase 2 corrections guide explains what the window could and could not fix.
A block is different. If La mia posizione shows one on your file, you can still clear it, through your university if need be: by 10 December 2026 if it is about your ISEE or ISEEUP or a housing place, and by 10 February 2027 for any other block. A block still there after its date means exclusion, and opening a ticket neither clears it nor extends the date.
Against the final ranking, the bando leaves two routes. If it excluded you by mistake, DiSCo can readmit you: ask by ticket from your reserved area and give your reasons, though DiSCo considers the request only if it decides to correct its own decision. You can also appeal against the act approving the final ranking, to the TAR Lazio (the regional administrative court) within 60 days of its publication, or to the President of the Republic, with an extraordinary appeal, within 120 days.
